Are you an experienced HRIS professional with a passion for digital transformation? Recruit Express is seeking a high-level VP, HRIS Business Analyst to spearhead a critical Workday Implementation project. This is a strategic 1-year contract role based in the Central Region, offering a unique opportunity to lead large-scale system deployments across diverse APAC markets.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the Workday rollout is not only technically sound but also optimized to drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for system architecture, data migration strategies, and the successful integration of HRIS modules. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and has a deep understanding of HR business processes and cross-border data compliance.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Workday HRIS platform across regional APAC markets.
  • Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to define, gather, and document complex business requirements.
  • Design, configure, and maintain HRIS integrations between Workday and existing regional third-party systems.
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis to ensure local regulatory compliance and process alignment with global standards.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage issue resolution, and develop comprehensive training materials for end-users.
  • Drive post-implementation process optimization to ensure maximum adoption and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage data integrity throughout the migration process, maintaining high standards for reporting and analytics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HRIS management, with a proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle Workday implementations.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits modules.
  • Strong background in business analysis, process mapping, and system integration strategies within an APAC context.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexities for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing large-scale, cross-border HR digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
