Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize semiconductor wafer fabrication processes to maximize yield and quality
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain process control parameters for lithography, etching, and deposition
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new technologies into production
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend maintenance/improvement strategies
- Document procedures and train production staff on process specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in cleanroom environments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication
- Strong knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes
- Experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) and process optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments and follow strict safety protocols
