- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wafer saw equipment to ensure maximum uptime
- Diagnose complex equipment failures and implement effective root-cause solutions

- Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience
- Expertise in wafer saw processes and precision mechanical systems
- Strong diagnostic skills for hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical subsystems
- Proven ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
