Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of assigned rides/attractions to ensure optimal performance
- Train and mentor ride operators on safety procedures and guest interaction standards
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain compliance with safety regulations
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure service excellence
- Coordinate maintenance activities and report operational issues promptly
- Implement crowd control measures during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in theme parks, attractions, or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and operational standards for recreational facilities
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor environments with flexible hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; tourism/hospitality certification advantageous
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and operate in varying weather conditions
