- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide detailed recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure tables are clean and well-stocked with condiments and napkins.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive and professional attitude.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
- Clean and reset tables between seatings to maintain high hygiene standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.
- Previous experience as a Wait Staff, Server, or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer operations.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
