Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant start to their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and side stations.
- Process guest payments and manage cash registers accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events or service changes.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Waiter, Server, or similar role in a hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong command of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented personality.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency (highly preferred due to international clientele in Bali).
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
