Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Present menus and describe dishes and ingredients to guests to assist in their selection.
- Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests immediately.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations throughout the shift.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; we value attitude over experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
- A positive, friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
