- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and Andoks signature dishes.
- Effectively take and manage customer food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve food and beverages to tables, maintaining a high standard of presentation and service etiquette.
- Monitor guest needs, promptly refill beverages, and ensure tables are clean and set throughout the dining experience.
- Process customer payments accurately, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow and prompt order delivery.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up and breaking down tables.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational courses in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) or related fields are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Food Server in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling money and processing bills accurately.
- Must be physically fit, capable of standing and walking for extended periods, and lifting up to 10 kgs.
- Willing to be assigned and reside in Lipa City, Batangas.
