Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus and wine lists to guests, answering any questions about dishes or ingredients.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, adhering to presentation standards.
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Clean and reset tables for the next service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
