Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm, professional greeting and seating for all guests
- Present menus with detailed knowledge of ingredients, preparation, and allergens
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate transaction records
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and table readiness between services
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of food/beverage service standards
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety protocols
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
