Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Present menus and provide detailed food/beverage recommendations
- Accurately process orders using POS systems
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns proactively
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
Kualifikasi
- Previous waiter or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Basic English proficiency
