- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders for coffee, tea, and gelato accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Process payments and operate POS systems efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills
