- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with a smile.
- Present menus and offer detailed knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards.
- Clear tables and reset them for new guests quickly and hygienically.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock checks and cleaning.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of professionalism and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light trays.
- Fluency in English is required; local language skills are a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
