Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus to guests and provide detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar team efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks according to standard operating procedures and presentation guidelines.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized service station and dining area at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and teamwork during peak hours.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or digital transactions with integrity.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and alcohol service regulations.
- A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for customer service.
