Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Present menus to guests and provide detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar team efficiently.
  • Serve food and drinks according to standard operating procedures and presentation guidelines.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any requests or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized service station and dining area at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and teamwork during peak hours.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash or digital transactions with integrity.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and alcohol service regulations.
  • A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic environment of a luxury resort.
