Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to ensure optimal flow.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and beverages to prevent service interruptions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of high school education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and learn new recipes and service standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and orders.
