Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and seat them at their designated tables with a smile.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Present menus to guests and answer questions about menu items.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
