Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, providing menus and taking accurate orders.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Prepare and cook food items under the supervision of the head chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service stations, and kitchen.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and manage cash registers responsibly.
- Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation, plating, and cleaning.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints professionally.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, waitering, bartending, or cooking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
