Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking food/beverage orders, and delivering meals promptly
- Process cash and electronic payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean dining areas, tables, and service stations throughout shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Assist with basic food preparation and inventory management tasks
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and payment processing
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork capabilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
