Tanggung Jawab
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Prepare and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails
- Deliver dishes to tables with proper presentation and timing
- Maintain cleanliness of bar/dining areas and equipment
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in waiter/bartender roles
- Valid food handling certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
