You will be responsible for upholding our reputation for excellence, providing attentive table service, and ensuring all back-of-house procedures align strictly with JAKIM Halal requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries.
- Monitor and oversee kitchen and storage operations to ensure continuous compliance with Halal standards.
- Maintain accurate Halal certification documentation and manage the filing system for internal and external audits.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Halal-related inquiries from customers and suppliers.
- Conduct regular checks on food inventory, delivery logs, and handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure all ingredients and preparation methods strictly adhere to Islamic dietary laws.
- Support the restaurant management in training new staff members on Halal policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter or in a relevant hospitality/F&B role.
- Strong understanding of Halal compliance regulations and procedures as established by JAKIM.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, specifically regarding record-keeping and auditing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to high-pressure situations during peak dining hours.
- Possession of a valid Halal Certification or relevant training certificates is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
