Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide professional, attentive table service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Set up tables and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area throughout the shift.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waiter or Server in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong communication skills, with a good command of spoken English.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the F&B industry.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of taking initiative.
