Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems, and ensure timely and correct delivery to tables.
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup, polishing cutlery, and refreshing linens.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Process guest checks and handle payments accurately, adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the food and beverage department.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar Food & Beverage service role, preferably within a hotel, resort, or villa setting.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as a Daily Worker.
