Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems, and ensure timely and correct delivery to tables.
  • Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup, polishing cutlery, and refreshing linens.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Process guest checks and handle payments accurately, adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the food and beverage department.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Waiter or in a similar Food & Beverage service role, preferably within a hotel, resort, or villa setting.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively with international guests.
  • Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as a Daily Worker.
