Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and providing detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and upsell promotional items or specialty menu offerings.
  • Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature meet high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and polishing cutlery.
  • Process guest payments efficiently and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, synchronized service.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or vocational degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or F&B Services.
  • Prior experience as a Waiter, Server, or F&B attendant (experience in Bali’s tourism sector is highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English to assist international visitors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, possessing a warm, friendly, and guest-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
  • Strong teamwork skills and high attention to detail regarding food hygiene and safety standards.
