Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings to customers.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate effectively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a waitstaff or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and move around the dining area for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Strong teamwork abilities and willingness to assist colleagues.
- Fluency in English is an advantage for communicating with international guests.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
