Tanggung Jawab
- Providing warm and professional greetings to guests and guiding them to their tables promptly.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
- Serving food and drinks according to the high standards of Roketto Coffee & Co.
- Managing the Point of Sale (POS) system and processing payments accurately.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and the dining area.
- Addressing customer inquiries and complaints with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Upselling menu items and promotions to enhance the guest dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter or restaurant staff.
- Pleasant appearance, high hygiene standards, and professional grooming.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong teamwork and the ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-service oriented.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
