Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Explain the menu, explain the 'sizzle' cooking process, and suggest popular dishes to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle guest orders accurately using our POS system, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist in opening and closing restaurant procedures as required by management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in a restaurant is highly preferred.
- Friendly, communicative, and possesses a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Capable of standing and moving for extended periods.
- Fast learner with a genuine passion for the culinary and hospitality industry.
