- Provide exceptional, intuitive, and personalized service to all guests in accordance with Raffles brand standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including food ingredients, beverage pairings, and dietary requirements.
- Ensure the dining room atmosphere is set to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and aesthetic appeal.
- Process guest orders accurately and coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Anticipate guest needs before they arise, proactively handling inquiries and special requests with grace and professionalism.

- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong command of the English language; fluency in additional languages is a distinct advantage.
