Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations regarding food and beverage pairings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely fashion, ensuring order accuracy and excellent presentation.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns immediately.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Waiter, Server, or similar role in the F&B industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and processing bills accurately.
- A neat, professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
