We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join the team at Fajar Boga Sukses as a Waiter or Server. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing exceptional hospitality. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for guiding them through our menu, accurately inputting their orders, and ensuring that food and beverages are delivered with a smile.

You will be responsible for clearing tables, managing cash handling, and ensuring strict hygiene standards are met throughout the service. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them at their assigned tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations at all times.
- Clear tables efficiently after service and reset them for the next guests.
- Assist in cashier duties and process payments accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, or server in a restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
