Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries regarding food ingredients and preparation.
- Efficiently serve meals and beverages while ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Assist in opening and closing store duties as required by management.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School graduate or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven work experience as a Waiter, Service Crew, or in a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours.
- Possesses a friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
