Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, including hookah preparations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Provide detailed menu and hookah product knowledge to guests
- Assist in setting up/breakdown of dining areas for daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
