PT Situjujur Nusantara Sejahtera, a thriving hospitality company set in the scenic surroundings of Payangan, Bali, is seeking a motivated Waiter/Waitress to become an integral part of our guestâservice team. In this role you will be the face of our dining establishment, welcoming guests, taking orders, and delivering a seamless experience that keeps them coming back.
We pride ourselves on delivering authentic Balinese hospitality combined with international service standards. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure each plate is presented beautifully and each drink is served at the perfect moment. You will handle cash and card transactions using our modern pointâofâsale system, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and promptly address any guest feedback to guarantee satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature meet standards.
- Provide attentive service throughout the meal, anticipating guest needs and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Process payments and operate the pointâofâsale (POS) system correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and side stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to resolve any guest concerns or special requests.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15âŻkg.
- Customerâfocused attitude with a positive demeanor.
