Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with professionalism
- Present menus, provide dish recommendations, and clearly communicate specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct order preparation
- Deliver dishes, clear tables, and maintain restaurant cleanliness standards
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing at the end of each service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns promptly
- Set up dining areas, arrange table settings, and perform closing duties
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late shifts
- Team player with strong collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
- Prior experience in Italian or upscale dining establishments is a plus
