Your Role & Impact:
As the face of our restaurant, your warmth, professionalism, and impeccable attention to detail will set the tone for every guest's experience. You will manage the flow of the dining room, from warmly greeting guests to ensuring their departure is as memorable as their arrival. Your dedication to service excellence will directly contribute to our reputation as one of Bali's top dining venues.

Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and seat guests, managing reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of our cuisine and beverages, and offer personalized recommendations
- Accurately take orders and input them into the POS system, ensuring special requests and dietary requirements are noted
- Serve food and beverages promptly and gracefully, adhering to our high standards of presentation and timing
- Maintain a pristine dining area and service station, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels throughout the shift
- Proactively attend to guest needs, addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication
- Handle billing and payments with accuracy, efficiently operating the POS system
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar front-of-house role is preferred; passionate newcomers with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) is highly desirable
- Professional grooming and presentation, aligned with our luxury brand standards
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a deep commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid health certificate and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is an advantage
- Eligibility to work legally in Indonesia (valid KITAS or Indonesian citizenship)
