Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while meticulously adhering to service standards.
- Proactively monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and resolve any issues with grace.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle payments accurately, manage bills, and operate cash and credit card terminals.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure a flawless experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service is highly preferred.
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional grooming and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Valid working rights in Indonesia (KITAS or local ID card).
