Tanggung Jawab
- Present menus to guests and answer inquiries about menu items and restaurant operations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any issues to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow and optimal table turnover.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations throughout the shift.
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries with the highest level of courtesy and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Waiter/Waitress role within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine, with the ability to make recommendations to guests.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- High standards of personal grooming and professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus).
