- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of menu items, and make personalized recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to recipes.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns with urgency.
- Process customer payments efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and digital transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setups and sanitization.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and timing.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar food service role is highly preferred, but passionate newcomers are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling payments and making change.
- Food safety and hygiene certification is an added advantage.
