Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Present menus daily specials and wine pairings with detailed product knowledge
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Monitor table cleanliness and maintain organized service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless order execution
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professional discretion
- Adhere to food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Assist in opening/closing duties including restocking and sanitizing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English languages
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of food allergens and dietary restrictions
- Professional appearance with polished service etiquette
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
