- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings
- Efficiently manage table assignments, order taking, and payment processing
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for optimal service flow
- Maintain pristine dining standards through continuous table maintenance
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and brand service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hotel or fine dining F&B service
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance with polished customer service demeanor
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage service preferred
