Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests from arrival to departure.
- Master the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials, to make informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders using the restaurant's POS system.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of meals, coordinating with the kitchen team to meet specific dietary needs or preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, stations, and service equipment.
- Proactively upsell appetizers, desserts, beverages, and special promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Handle guest payments, process bills efficiently, and manage cash and credit transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to guarantee a seamless service flow and exceptional guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
- Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written). Additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Impeccable grooming, hygiene, and a professional appearance aligned with our brand standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with guests and anticipate their needs.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm, composed, and efficient during peak service hours.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
