Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing detailed information about menu items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally and promptly.
- Process payments and operate the POS system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during peak hours.
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar service role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong teamwork and a willingness to assist colleagues.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Fluency in English and/or Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
