Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and explaining daily specials with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's POS system and effectively communicate modifications and dietary requirements to the kitchen team.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wines, and cocktails to enhance the overall guest experience and drive revenue.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks from the kitchen to the table, verifying guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up and breaking down tables according to established service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution and ultimate guest delight.
- Process bill payments accurately, operating POS terminals for cash and card transactions, and provide a warm farewell to departing guests.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members, bartenders, and chefs to ensure smooth and seamless service flow even during peak dining hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or club environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English required (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus for assisting local suppliers and guests).
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and responsible alcohol service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays according to operational needs.
- Impeccable grooming standards, a radiant smile, and an authentic, enthusiastic passion for the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience with modern Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is highly preferred.
- Valid working permit for Indonesia (KITAS/KITAP) or Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) is strictly required for compliance.
