This is a permanent position (bukan DW) offering a highly competitive salary ranging from Rp 3,800,000 to Rp 4,300,000 per month, attractive performance bonuses, and complimentary meals during your shifts. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to all guests in restaurant and bar areas.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and ensure timely service.
- Set up tables, maintain cleanliness, and prepare service stations for each shift.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer guest questions regarding menu items.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and service flow.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Process bill payments and assist with inventory management tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays in Kuta.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training is a strong advantage.
