Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service to guests, including taking orders accurately and promptly
- Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly to ensure positive experiences
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate seamless service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols at all times
Kualifikasi
