Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional guest service through attentive table maintenance and timely order fulfillment
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Handle payment transactions efficiently and resolve billing discrepancies
- Provide menu guidance and recommendations to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
