Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer professional recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service flow.
- Perform opening and closing side-work duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
