- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders using the POS system and effectively communicate with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are served according to standard presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service station and dining area throughout the shift.
- Anticipate guest needs, provide proactive assistance, and resolve any concerns or complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Manage guest billing and transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, and foreign currency handling.
- Collaborate with fellow team members during high-volume service to ensure every table receives exceptional attention.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Japanese, French) are a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine, cocktails, and fine dining etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Positive, high-energy attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and reliability.
- Valid work authorization for Indonesia (KITAS/KTP). Local and experienced candidates preferred.
