Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service including greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food/beverages
- Ensure dining areas are immaculately maintained throughout service periods
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties including setup and breakdown

- Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality service preferred
