Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their assigned tables with a smile.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage items to assist with ordering decisions.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Clear tables and reset dining areas promptly to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for the next guests.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash or card transactions responsibly.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with patience and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
