Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests promptly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain table cleanliness throughout shifts
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service flow
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments at the end of shifts
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent English proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling
